HOME SPLASH SWEEPSTAKES How to enter: Sweepstakes will be conducted online from September 18, 2002 through October 31, 2002. You will automatically be entered if you fill in the information requested on our online entry form on RalphLauren.com and RalphLaurenHome.com and submit the completed entry form. Alternative method of entry: You may also enter by writing your name, address, city, state, zip code, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any) and age on a 3 ½" x 5" card. Mail your entry to RLHome Sweepstakes, Polo Ralph Lauren ATTN: Trecia Laird, 650 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022. Your online or mailed entry must be received before the completion date of October 31, 2002 in order to be eligible for the drawing. Only one entry per person is permitted. Completing the online survey is not required and will not improve your chances of winning. Must be at least 13 years of age to enter. Prize: Grand Prize includes: (A) One (1) $3,000 credit towards purchases of Ralph Lauren Home items offered for sale at Ralph Lauren stores and on RalphLaurenHome.com (must be redeemed by October 31, 2003). and (B) a private shopping appointment and design consultation with one of our design experts in one of our Ralph Lauren stores. Total value of Grand Prize not to exceed $3,000. All other expenses not specified as part of the prize, including but not limited to transportation, federal state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. How to win: Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received, which may be in the millions. Winner will be notified by e-mail (or first class mail), and winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within 7 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No purchase or other obligation necessary to enter nor will making a purchase increase your chance of winning. Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about November 30, 2002 (from among all eligible entries submitted by the completion date) by RalphLauren.com representatives whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; or for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes. If prize is won by someone who has not yet reached the age of majority, it will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian, provided the appropriate releases are executed at that time, who must sign all required documents. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness without compensation for promotional purposes.
